Liz (she/hers) specializes in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, life transitions, relationship conflict, perinatal support, and trauma. Liz also has experience helping families navigate changing dynamics. Liz enjoys working with parents to further understand collaborative play, emotional regulation, and behavior support for their children. She has extensive experience working with caregivers of children and adolescents through the constantly changing and challenging journey of being a parent. Liz utilizes elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Play Therapy in her work.
