We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, and child and teen therapy in Chicago and Skokie. Our offices are located on the border of Lakeview and Lincoln Park neighborhoods and in Skokie right off of the Old Orchard exit. Our therapists are trained in a variety of different approaches to mental health including relational therapy, art therapy, EMDR, couples therapy techniques, CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, internal family systems, and trauma informed therapy.

Sessions are available both in person at our Chicago and Skokie offices and online for clients across Illinois.

Our team includes clinical psychologists, social workers, counselors, art therapists, couples therapists, and child therapists at two Chicagoland offices in Chicago (Lakeview/ Lincoln Park) and Skokie.
We work with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief therapy, couples therapy, child and teen therapy, identity, OCD, relationship struggles, and art therapy
We are in network with BCBS PPO, BCBS Choice PPO, Aetna PPO, and United Healthcare. We also provide out of network (private pay) individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy services.

Every day in our work we witness the power of therapy. Our mission is to use the therapeutic relationship to help individuals reduce suffering, and lead more fulfilling and creative lives. The quality of the "fit" between therapist and client is a critical aspect of the treatment process.
Our clinicians have different therapeutic styles and are trained in a variety of treatment approaches including relational psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma informed care, EMDR, art therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
