Julie Ann (she/hers) uses a warm, collaborative, and strengths-based approach that is person-centered and focused on empowering clients in their growth and healing. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and tailors each session to meet the unique needs of each individual. She is passionate about providing gender-affirming care and working with the LGBTQIA+ community. She has experience supporting clients with mood disorders, PTSD, and substance use disorders, and she brings a strong background in mental health service facilitation and PHP/IOP levels of care.
