Arielle's approach: I incorporate multiple therapeutic orientations, creating treatment plans for each client’s needs while working from a strengths-based and trauma-informed lens. I believe in a collaborative therapeutic process and find that ‘goodness of fit’ is essential in the relationship between client and therapist. We will work together to process the barriers that might slow down the healing process, but also learn how to utilize the strengths each individual has that will enable them to live a more positive and fulfilling life.
