Our mission is to use the therapeutic relationship to help individuals lead more fulfilling and creative lives. The quality of the "fit" between therapist and client is a critical aspect of the treatment process. Our clinicians have different therapeutic styles and are trained in a variety of treatment approaches including relational psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma informed care, and mindfulness. Our practice recognizes the impact of historical trauma on individuals and communities. We are committed to racial and social justice.
