Jody (she/hers) is a co-owner of North Shore Psychotherapy and a clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience. Jody specializes in the treatment of a variety of issues including postpartum depression and anxiety, family and couples conflict, management of chronic mental health issues, and adolescent and young adult treatment.  Jody’s work is integrative, client centered and insight oriented. Depending on specific needs, she uses a wide range of approaches including psychodynamic and CBT to help manage and alleviate symptoms related to anxiety and depression. In family and marital work, Jody works to understand each family member and to improve communication, trust, balance and harmony.
