Jason (he/him) specializes in working with adults, young adults, and adolescents who experience anxiety, LGBTQIA+ concerns, grief, ADHD, emotion regulation, life transitions, and panic attacks. Jason uses acceptance and commitment therapy coupled with mindfulness techniques to help clients feel more emotionally centered. He also uses cognitive behavioral therapy, with the goal of helping the client investigate difficult situations through a different lens and ultimately gain a deeper perspective on their challenging situation.
