Jason (he/him) specializes in working with adults, young adults, adolescents, children, and couples who experience anxiety, panic attacks, grief and loss, ADHD, emotion regulation, life transitions, and LGBTQIA+ identity. Jason uses acceptance and commitment therapy coupled with mindfulness techniques to help clients feel more emotionally centered. He also uses cognitive behavioral therapy, with the goal of helping the client investigate difficult situations through a different lens and ultimately gain a deeper perspective on their challenging situation. Jason specializes in providing grief therapy and therapy for panic attacks. Jason practices virtually and out of our Skokie office.
