Alexandra's approach: My priority is to create a non-judgmental space for my clients in which they feel safe and supported. Through the therapeutic experience, my goal is for my clients feel secure enough to begin exploring stressors and developing the necessary tools to cope with a multitude of issues. I incorporate ACT/ DBT, mindfulness, Imago relational work, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, and narrative therapies into my practice. My approach to therapy is collaborative. We will work together to process the obstacles, whether past or present, that might be preventing you from living a fuller and more present life.
