My approach is primarily psychodynamic and client centered. I work with individuals, couples, and families by providing a safe space, where clients can explore and address the issues they’re struggling with. I believe in the importance of developing a therapeutic alliance, which is essential to the process. I work collaboratively with clients to help them understand the patterns in their behavior and relationships, find empathy and acceptance of themselves, and develop ways to move toward more fulfillment in their lives. I incorporate an eclectic blend of techniques including, cognitive behavioral therapy, affirmations, and trauma informed therapy. I work with a wide variety of mental health disorders including clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, and PTSD
